TournamentGame is a product of IT on Rails. IT on Rails treats personal data carefully. On the site of TournamentGame only personal data is collected that is necessary for proper functioning of the application and needed improvements.

Privacy laws are considered while processing, saving and managing personal data. For IT on Rails a clear and transparant privacy policy is very important.

Data

During visits to the TournamentGame site, IT on Rails stores two types of user data:

  1. traffic data, like statistical, anonymous data about visits to TournamentGame;
  2. personal data that can be matched with real persons, like name, e-mail address and country entered by the user or entered by a pool organizer.

Passwords

This site stores your password encrypted, in a way that even our employees can't read it. If you've lost your password, this site enables you to create a new password, that you can change afterwards.

Cookies

TournamentGame uses so called "cookies". Cookies can be seen as data send from a web server to the client's browser where it will be stored. Use of cookies can be disabled in browsers, but TournamentGame will no longer function. IT on Rails does not use cookies to analyse user profiles based on surf behavior.

Access

The user can always access his or her personal details by logging on to TournamentGame. The user has the right to correct his or her personal data.

Third parties

Except for legal matters, IT on Rails does not provide personal data to third parties.
